IDENTIFICATION DATA. In compliance with the duty of information contained in article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the following data are reflected below: ORDER OF THE KNIGHTS CUSTODIANS OF CALATRAVA LA VIEJA with CIF G13570700 with headquarters at Calle de la Rosa 7, 13150 Carrión de Calatrava (Ciudad Real), Spain (hereinafter THE COMPANY).

USERS: Access and/or use of THE COMPANY's Sites confers the status of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The aforementioned conditions will be applicable independently of the General Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory.

USE OF THE SITE: This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. In this registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this Registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, and he/she undertakes to make diligent and confidential use of it.

THE USER: Agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that THE COMPANY offers through its site and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to (i) engage in illicit, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism or in violation of human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of THE COMPANY, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

THE COMPANY reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, public order or security, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, THE COMPANY shall not be liable for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other tools.

DATA PROTECTION: THE COMPANY complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and treatment of the user's personal data. To this end, together with each form for collecting personal data, in the services that the USER may request from THE COMPANY, it will inform the USER of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the processing of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility for the file created, the address of the person responsible, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the processing and the communication of data to third parties, if applicable. Likewise, THE COMPANY informs that it complies with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and will request your consent to the processing of your email for commercial purposes at all times.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY: THE COMPANY shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused by, for example: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

MODIFICATIONS: THE COMPANY reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to its site without prior notice, and may change, delete or add content and services provided through the site, as well as the way in which they are presented or located on the site.

USE OF COOKIES: THE COMPANY may use cookies to personalize and facilitate the USER's navigation through its site as much as possible. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous USER and his/her computer and do not provide references that allow the USER's personal data to be deduced. The USER may configure his/her browser to notify and reject the installation of cookies sent by THE COMPANY, without this affecting the USER's ability to access the Contents.

LINKS: In the event that the site contains links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, THE COMPANY shall not exercise any type of control over said sites and content. Under no circumstances shall THE COMPANY assume any responsibility for the content of any link belonging to a third-party website, nor shall it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, truthfulness, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of said hyperlinks or other Internet sites. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION: THE COMPANY reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its site and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use.

GENERAL: THE COMPANY will pursue non-compliance with these conditions as well as any improper use of its site by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may be applicable by law.

MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION: THE COMPANY may modify the conditions set forth herein at any time, and these will be duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their presentation and will remain in force until they are modified by others that are duly published.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION: The relationship between THE COMPANY and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of CIUDAD REAL.
